The "Beauty in the New Era" Special Exhibition of Excellent Works Collected by NAMOC (the second session) kicked off a few days ago. In this exhibition, nearly 300 classic works of famous artists are on display, and a group of videos of famous artists filmed in the last century are also shown at the same time.

　　In the central exhibition hall on the first floor of the National Art Museum of China, the works of famous modern masters such as Qi Baishi, Huang Binhong and Xu Beihong are displayed, attracting a lot of attention. Entering the round hall, representative works by contemporary painters Zhou Jirong, Ma Lei and Zhang Caiyi, and Shang Yadong are also exhibited. presenting a new image of contemporary Chinese art creations and depicting new development in the new era.

　　In 2017, to celebrate the opening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the first special exhibition on the same topic was held, attracting wide attention with a daily audience of 30,000. Wu Weishan, President of the National Art Museum of China, emphasized that these art classics reflect the national character and the call of the times. They reflect features of the time that they were created and show a unique charm of progressing with the times. 

　　Many visitors took pictures, took out paper and pen to draw a copy, or watch the classics of fine arts with concentration. Some visitors said that the exhibition displayed many classic works of art, which was a very good opportunity for art lovers and professionals to learn from these masterpieces.
