Special Stamps for the National Archaeological Site Park Released

On October 17th, the release ceremony of the special stamps of the National Archaeological Site Park were officially held at the Xiadu Site Museum in Erlitou.
The set of four special stamps for the National Archaeological Site Park issued this time are Liangzhu National Archaeological Site Park, Taosi National Archaeological Site Park, Shimao National Archaeological Site Park, and Erlitou National Archaeological Site Park. The face value of the set totals 4.80 yuan.
This set of stamps features the theme of "Exploring the Origin of Chinese Civilization". The foreground of the stamp pattern represents cultural relics unearthed from various sites, while the background features corresponding historical relics and distinctive landscapes, highlightingthe historical texture and showcasingthe magnificent and splendid historical and cultural charm. To highlight the artistic characteristics of cultural relics, four stamps use four different colored carving inks, highlighting the color characteristics of cultural relics.
A temporary post office was specially set up at the site of the ceremony, and more than 20 cultural and creative products centered ontheme of the Erlitou site, such as stamps, commemorative covers, postcards, and various distinctive promotional stampswere prepared for stamp collectors to stampon. Mail enthusiasts and tourist friends are free to choosetheir favorite products at the temporary post office andbring home memories of thecharming Chinese civilization.
